Hello J&J Sealcoating  when we called around for bids I really didnt know much about the sealing and what it could do??

Q. Do you Have any Guarantee with your work?

A. Yes we do Minimum warranty is 1 year.

It just depends on service you need.

Q. When you sealsealcoat do you Brush it on or spray it on?

A. We do Both , just depending on what you like. we also do single and double seal

depending on shape of asphalt or how much traffic it has.

Q. Do you crackfill with Hot crackfiller?

A. Yes, we only use hot tar crackfiller.

Q. When you patch do you use the Hot stuff or cold ?

A. We almost always use only Hot asphalt only per customer we would use cold on actual Potholes and that would only be for customer to save some money.
